Teaching Assistance Service
The SUSBUS course program offers two types of student assistance services to support students throughout their academic journey.
For assistance with inquiries regarding the SUSBUS course program, Daria Figliomeni is available as the informational tutor. You can reach her via email at daria.figliomeni@edu.unifi.it. Daria is here to provide clarification on the course's educational offerings, administrative procedures, mobility experiences, internship opportunities, post-graduation pathways, and any other concerns students may have during their academic journey.
Additionally, academic tutors are provided to assist students in mastering specific subjects within the SUSBUS curriculum. These tutors, who are students themselves enrolled in the University's Master's programs or PhD studies, offer guidance and support in their respective areas of expertise. Here are the current tutors available:

Students with Disabilities/Specific Learning Disorders Service:
This service aims to ensure and create equal study opportunities for students with disabilities and/or Specific Learning Disorders (SLD) so that they can fully experience university life in an autonomous and engaged manner.
The service is dedicated to designing a support pathway for each student with disabilities and/or SLD through the use of tools and aids, enabling them throughout their educational journey to study and take exams effectively.
To access specific services or educational adaptations, it is necessary for the student to provide certification of their disability and/or civil invalidity and/or SLD or other specialist documentation that attests to their particular condition or disorder and to have an introductory meeting with a service operator, to identify their unique needs and associate them with appropriate measures and supports.
You can book an orientation and listening interview using the APP UFIRST available on Google Play and App Store or by contacting the service at unifiinclude.disabilita@unifi.it, or by phone at 055 2759005 from Monday to Thursday from 9:30 to 12:30.
The service is open on Monday and Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm, and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 am to 1 pm. It is located at building D1, Novoli Campus, via delle Pandette 32.
Students with disabilities and/or SLD are recommended to contact the service before taking exams to agree on appropriate measures and support.
